  • Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other user accounts, or restricted areas of the platform through hacking, password mining, or any other means
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Uploading, processing, or distributing content that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
  • Malicious Content: Introducing viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems or networks
  • Competitive Intelligence: Using our Service to gather competitive intelligence about MinuteMap, reverse engineer our AI models or algorithms, or develop competing services based on our platform capabilities

  • Service Abuse: Overloading our systems, circumventing usage limits, creating multiple accounts to exceed restrictions, or using the Service in ways that degrade performance for other users
